In 2012, Amy started recruiting for an IT recruitment agency in Birmingham, UK. She quickly found her passion for technology and delivering high touch, white glove recruitment services ensuring client and candidate experience was never an afterthought.

Her career has seen her working for a Recruitment Agency, Managed Service Provider, in-house at a multi-national and then eventually with start-ups, hiring across the UK, the EU, the USA, Canada, India and the UAE.
